Veriphee is an online service that identifies a French company's directors from its name, its SIREN or its SIRET, determines the format of that company's email addresses, builds the address of each decision maker and checks it with the mail server, without sending anything. The result is a readable prospecting report, with a clear verdict for every director: valid, to be confirmed or not found.

Frequently asked questions
How does Veriphee verify an address without sending an email?
The check talks to the company's mail server the way a send would, but stops before any message is transmitted. The server indicates whether the mailbox exists. No email is sent, the person receives nothing.
What do “Valid”, “To be confirmed” and “Not found” mean?
Valid: the mail server confirmed that the mailbox exists, or the address is published by the company itself. To be confirmed: the server accepts every address (catch-all), so the mailbox cannot be proven to exist; the address shown is the most probable one. Not found: no address could be confirmed for this person, and Veriphee does not give you a random guess.
Where do the directors' names come from?
From the French business register (SIREN, company officers) cross-checked with recent public web sources: the company website, the press, trade directories. Former directors are set aside, information from older sources is flagged.
What if someone has left the company?
Usually the mail server no longer recognizes their address: it comes back “Not found” and Veriphee does not offer a random guess. If no valid address is found for a company, half of the credit is returned to you automatically.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Veriphee sells no lists and keeps no contact database resold to third parties. Addresses are computed and verified on demand, for your professional use, under the legitimate interest of B2B prospecting. You remain responsible for what you send and for honoring the right to object. Anyone can also ask not to appear in Veriphee through the objection form. Once the request is confirmed by email, their address is erased and put on a permanent exclusion list.
What do I need to provide to start a search?
The company name, its SIREN or its SIRET, nothing else. You can also paste a list of up to 50 companies or import it as CSV: they are processed three at a time. Coverage is on French companies: Veriphee finds the domain and the directors, builds their addresses, then verifies each one. A complete company takes 30 to 90 seconds.
How much does a complete company cost?
One credit, that is one search: the identification of the directors, then the building and verification of their email addresses. Credits are bought in prepaid packs, from 10 searches for €25.00 excl. VAT to 1,000 searches for €770.00 excl. VAT, with free searches from the 50-search pack upwards (launch offer). If no valid address is found, half of the credit is returned. Reopening a company already processed is free.
How long do credits remain valid?
